Go to
1. Click browse to browes your picture that you want to upload
2. Click to upload Now!
3. Copy the link which is under "IMG code for forum & message boards"
4. past that link in forum topic where you want to add the picture in topic.

then see this picture
look...
select your chossing item..
now go to your file...select your file..
then..
press here for upload the file..
when you press upload..then you see in letf side...
1.HTML for Websites
2. IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards
3. URL for E-Mail & IM
4. Direct Link for Layouts
you copy " IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards "...
then you paste your file..
