If ur alone and if u hav symptoms of chest pain that radiates to ur arm and up to ur jaw, it is a "HEART ATTACK".
if No one to help and a hospital is far u cant wait. U have to help urself
-cough repeatedly and vigorously.
- take deep breathe before every cough.
-Deep breaths gets oxygen to lungs,
-coughing keeps blood circulation alive... ...u can save life by yaself
