a simple update can remove roll/bullet kick from mig33 forev

From a long days i'm thinking about a logical problem of mig33 kicking system. kickers are being worst day by day only for that problem. if mig33 team update it i'll be very happy and surely it will remove roll and bullet kick forever from mig33.

we can see that an user can vote or kick just after entering any room. i can't find any logic in giving them the chance to vote who know nothing about whats going on in the room. this is what helping kickers to kick fast in every type of multi kicking.
kickers entering their id in room, voting and leaving room so fast.
my idea is do not let any user vote or kick just after entering any room. make a update that an user have to wait for a certain time to kick or vote after entering the room. so that nobody will be able to roll or bullet kick and it will be helpful to stop room kickers too because anybody can call admin in that certain time(before the kickers id be a voter).
Mig33 team please help us and do this update soon.

yep bro that or not allow from the start multiply id's with same name, made same time. a limit of id's in 1 day m,ay slow them down. id sets log in same time. settings that can not be enter more then 2 id's in same tim e may help too. are many ways mig can stop them. i make a bet with u: will never be solved this issue. think about it: since kicks cost penny sales in mig go up. so... why to stop them. ban an id 2 a day, enter new sets... all k.
