Chocolate Hot Cocoa

Chocolate hot cocoa...
Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
2 oz high quality dark chocolate, grated
2 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cinnamon stick
1 ½ tablespoon dark rum (optional)
Directions:

2 oz high quality dark chocolate, grated
2 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cinnamon stick
1 ½ tablespoon dark rum (optional)
Directions:
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steamy
- Add chocolate, honey, sugar and cinnamon
- Reduce heat to low or medium low, keeping bubbles to a minimum
- Stir gently, but constantly until chocolate melts
- Add in vanilla (and rum if desired)
- Remove cinnamon stick and transfer to mugs
- Spoon a dollop of whipped cream on top and serve
