Home Remedies - Food Poisoning

Once your stomach has recovered slightly, try having some chicken soup, which is healthy, nourishing and easy to digest.
Add a spoonful of sugar to a glass of water or cup of tea and drink. The sugar will help your body hold onto fluid.
Bananas are rich in potassium, which will help you recover from food poisoning faster. Try eating at least three or four bananas a day.
Drink sports drinks in order to replenish lost fluids from your body.
Drinking the juice of four lemons to which a little sugar has been added will kill the bacteria responsible for food poisoning.
Apple cider vinegar helps cure food poisoning. Drink two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar at the onset of the symptoms to obtain relief.
